Mr. Deitz has successfully resolv ed over one thousand five hundred mediations of complex and multi-party disputes including securities, commodities, employment, real estate, insurance, professional liability, banking, accounting, international, class ac tions and other business matters. In addition, he has served as chair or panel member in over seventy-five arbitrations. Mr. Deitz served as Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is a fellow of the American College of Ci vil Trial Mediators and Distinguished Neutral of the CPR International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. Mr. Deitz is a member of the CPR Banking and Financial Services, Employment Disputes, and Insurance panels of mediators and arbitrators. Mr. Deitz is a former Senior Trial Counsel of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Visiting Associate Professor of Law at the State University of New York - Buffalo Law School where he taught securities regulation and aviation law.
